All articles, guides, and resources published on acemo.io are for informational and educational purposes only. Free content on the Site does not constitute a consulting engagement. Results described in case studies or examples are illustrative and not a guarantee of your results. Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and are not subject to this disclaimer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on acemo.io — including text, images, graphics, and code — is owned by Hien Tran / Acemo unless otherwise stated. You may share or quote content with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell content without prior written permission.
4. Newsletter
By subscribing to the AI Marketing Weekly newsletter, you consent to receiving weekly emails from Acemo. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will never sell or share your email address.
5. Consulting services
Submitting an inquiry via the “Work with me” form does not create a contract or obligation on either party. Any consulting engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins.

The Site may link to third-party tools, services, or websites. Acemo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.
7. Limitation of liability
